We specialize in creating value through the acquisition and divestiture of mineral rights, royalty interests, overriding royalty, mineral leases, and working interests. Headquartered in South Louisiana, Arpent focuses on opportunities across the Mid-Continent and Southeast regions, with a primary emphasis on Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Texas.

Eliminate Uncertainty
The price of oil and gas is uncertain, the volume produced from a well in any given month is uncertain, and the regularity of revenue checks is uncertain. Eliminate all the uncertainty with one fixed, lump sum to help plan for the future.
Beneficial Tax Treatment
From a tax perspective, it generally makes sense to liquidate some or all of your mineral interest. Mineral and royalty revenue is taxed as ordinary income, however the gain from the sale of the asset is subject to capital gain tax treatment – which is usually a much lower taxable rate.
